The Tool is a free, browser-based utility that analyzes user-submitted TikTok video scripts and returns an estimated Virality & Retention Score based on hook strength, pacing, and call-to-action detection. The score is a directional, educational estimate intended to support your own creative judgment — it is not a guarantee of video performance, reach, or earnings, and it is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok Inc.
2. Free, As-Is Access
The Tool is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Voxa Digital does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Tool.
3. Your Content
- Scripts you paste into the Tool are processed locally in your browser via JavaScript and are not transmitted to, stored on, or collected by our servers.
- You retain full ownership of any script or content you paste into the Tool.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring the content you submit does not infringe on the rights of any third party.
4. Intellectual Property
The Tool's design, branding, scoring logic, hook template library, and underlying code are the property of Voxa Digital and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed as a competing product without prior written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voxa Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost views, lost brand-deal revenue, or lost opportunities — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Tool.
